We aim to cater for the needs of all vistors in our home based, 1 bedroom bed and breakfast. The following statement is a summary of our provision. If you have any specific questions please feel free to contact us.

  • The main train station is 15 minutes away by car.
  • There is a bus stop 15 minutes away by car.
  • We have a website with photos and directions.
  • You can contact us by phone or e-mail.
Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
  • There is ample free parking.
  • Assistance is always offered with luggage.
  • The entrance is via two small steps.
  • Guide dogs are welcome.
Main Entrance & Reception
  • Entrance is into the main hall with access to the second floor from it.
  • Guests rooms and facilities are explained.
Public Areas - General (Internal)
  • Guest dining room, stairs and bedroom has fitted carpets.
Public Areas - WC
  • Bathroom is en-suite.
Restaurant / Dining Room, Bar & Lounges, Take Away & Cafe
  • Breakfast is served in the dining room on the ground floor.
  • Furniture can be moved on request.
  • Full waitress service is available.
  • The premises are non smoking through out.
Bedrooms
  • The bedroom is on the first floor with secure lockable door.
  • Televisions have remote controls with teletext.
  • A bell is provided on the landing for assistance.
Bathroom, Shower-room & WC [Ensuite or Shared]
  • Bathroom en-suite.
  • Door width 70cms opening inwards.
  • The bath edge is 54 cms high.
  • The toilet is 45 cms high.
  • Electric towel rail to the left of the door. (This may be hot)
Grounds and Gardens
  • There is a large level lawned garden, with seating available on paved patio area.

  • Fridge available opposite bedroom door.
